To strengthen our crewing department we are looking for a Crewing Assistant to our Helsinki office

You will have a vital role within our Crewing Department and will have responsibility for parts of the recruitment process and work parallell with our Crewing Manager.

Your Qualifications:

• Seafaring background or experience from a similar position
• Knowledge of crewing related legal requirements
• Good communication skills in Finnish, Swedish and English
• Good organizational skills and a team player
• Ability to coordinate and to work under pressure
