To assure succession and to strenghthen our crewing department we ar looking for Crewing Manager and Crewing Assistant

The Crewing Manager will be responsible for crewing of the total Bore fleet. Our Crewing Assistant will have responsibility for parts of the recruitment process and work parallel with our existing Crew Assistant.

Your qualifications:

• Seafaring background or experience from a similar position and have sufficent knowlegde of crewing requirements
• Good communication skills, fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English
• Good organisational skills and a team player
• Able to coordinate and to work under pressure
• Adequate computer skills
